Kristi, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), draws from her background in healthcare business continuity and leadership to help owners strengthen operational resilience and readiness for transition. Shawn, a Certified Private Wealth Advisor®, brings deep financial insight and wealth management strategy to every engagement.
